Barely 48 hours after the death of Patrick Ekeng during a match in Romania, Cameroonian football is again hit by a sudden death.
The Cameroon Football Federation (FECAFOOT) announced today Sunday, May 8 of the death of the Goalkeeper of Femina Stars of Ebolowa, Jeanine Christelle Djomnang.
Femina stars was preparing to face Louves of Minproff in the Cameroonian women championship games.
The goalkeeper collapsed during the warm-up to the match and was rushed to the hospital.
She never made it, she was pronounced death upon arrival. Tributes have been pouring in from around the world since the news broke out.
